Joyfully Connecting Our Community with the Wonder of the Refuge

Photo Society monthly meeting

  • March 05, 2015
  • 7:00 PM
  • 19255 SW Pacific Hwy, Sherwood OR 97140

Tualatin River Photo Society (TRPS) meets the first Thursday of each month from September through May. Photographers of all levels are welcome to participate in TRPS meetings, field trips, and educational programs.

Open to the public

The speaker for March is noted author, John Rakestraw, who will be speaking on where to go find birds to photograph in Oregon.  Some of you may have seen (or have purchased a copy) his book, Birding Oregon,  in the Friends bookstore. John will be there to help us find new ideas for locations to photograph birds across Oregon.

We will follow this with a discussion on the use of Camo for photography of wildlife in Oregon.

Following these presentations, we invite attendees to bring up to five(5) jpgs of bird photographs, and up to five(5) prints of bird photographs. Please bring work that you have personally done.
